Tips for a less stressful life!

Happy new day ladies!

It's a phenomenon of today's society: having a busy life, not having any spare time anymore and always having stress. I can't deny I have a carefree, unstressed life either. I'm always busy from the moment I wake up until the moment I go the sleep. I sometimes really have to make a schedule with all the activities I have to do in one day.

But humans are not made to have such a stressful life. We all sometimes are in need of some me-time, some time for ourselves to get relaxed after a stressful day. Relaxing me-time for me is watching Youtube videos of my favorite Youtube gurus, reading blogposts or making some on my own blogpost, taking a long shower, watching a movie... I can really enjoy those times! Unfortunately we don't always have time to relax between all the activities we have to do, so I have some other tips to make your life less stressful!
ONE. Make a list with the 5 most important things in your life. Try to fill your days with this things as much as possible. If you're occupied with the things you like, you will immediately feel happier!

TWO. Single-task: do one thing at a time. We always try to combine things to get more things done at the same time, but this will only give you more stress. When you do one task at a time, you will also be a lot productive.

THREE. Throw away what you don't need. Make a list of all your stuff... It will make you realize what you don't need. All the things you didn't use in the previous year, try to give it away or just throw it away. For example, try to clean one room every week. And most important of all, don't forget about your closet full of clothes, you'll definitely won't wear 1/4th of all your clothes. By cleaning your house and getting rid of all the old stuff you don't use anymore, you will be less stressful!

FOUR. Eat slowly. I know this tip isn't easy for some people, because we are always in a rush and we can sometimes eat our lunch in 5 minutes because we don't make time to eat. I'm guilty of that too. I don't take enough time to eat my breakfast, lunch or dinner. Eating slowly will help your digestion and taking your time to eat, will also lower your stress. It will be like a 'pause' in your busy day.

FIVE. Don't be afraid of being alone. Allow yourself to take some time for yourself and you will see how much you'll enjoy it!

SIX. Think about schedules in the house. Make a cleaning schedule or weakly menu, this will make your life easier and it will give you less worries about what you have to cook that night.

SEVEN. Clean up your desk. Clean your desk at work, but also your desk at home. Like I said before, a clean environment, will make your mind carefree and you will feel better!

EIGHT. Try to keep your inbox on zero mails. Clean up your inbox: unsubscribe to newsletters, order your mails, delate unimportant mails... It will give you a satisfied feeling.

NINE. Enough is enough. Think about all the thinks you're tired of and write all those things down. We always want better, more, more beautiful and bigger. Or is it all influenced of the society? Make out for yourself what you REALLY want and need. This will help controlling you buying habits. Always remember this: you really want something if you are still thinking about it after one month.

TEN. Make a list of the three most important tasks every day. Every time you accomplished something, you can put a checkmark before that task. If you accomplished the three things, it will give you a satisfied feeling!

To sum it all up, it's all about keeping your life simple. Simplicity is key for having a less stressful live! I hope these tips were a little bit helpful to you and let me know if you're going to try some of the tips!
